JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Sort incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.
  • Enter all Policies into the appropriate software, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Work with Manager and leadership on general administrative duties as assigned.
  • Negotiate the purchase of office supplies for the branch in accordance with company purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions.
  • Answer and Map incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with employees, customers, support staff, Agents, and other business contacts (in person, over the phone, in writing, and via email).
  • Responsible for maintaining lobby and greeting customers.
  • Perform customer service duties as necessary.
  • Conduct all activities and perform all job duties and functions following established, company implemented safety behaviors, processes, and procedures.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:


  • Verbal and written communication skills, both internal and external
  • 2+ years’ experience in Office Management or Administrative function a plus
  • Detail-oriented, organized, objective, consistent, and analytical
  • Insurance Office Experience preferred
  • Other duties as assigned
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work with confidential information
  • MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
  • Clerical background preferred
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to multi-task under pressure in fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently and effectively without supervision.
  • Follow established guidelines, policies and procedures.
