We are seeking highly motivated and talented recent graduates with Masters or PhD degrees in Curriculum Writing, Editing, Arts, Education, Political Science, Journalism, or Communication to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

• Interpret customer feedback, monitor satisfaction and help drive programs to improve numbers.
• Quickly learn new project requirements and deliver to desired productivity, accuracy levels.
• Communicate and participate on project forums/meetings.
• Generate project analysis reports on timely and need basis
• Deliver timely different project's data at the highest possible quality standard.
• Optimize existing processes, and provide ongoing feedback on tools and processes.
• Understand & apply project/stakeholder requirements
• Able to adapt the swift changes to project policies

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent grammar, punctuation, and attention to detail.
• Masters or PhD degree in Curriculum Writing, Editing, Arts, Education, Political Science, Journalism, or Communication.
• Knowledge of current industry standards and best practices related to curriculum development, arts, education, political science, journalism, or communication.
• Team player with exceptional interpersonal and solution-oriented attitude.
• The individual should have an ability to understand and carry out the allocated tasks and responsibilities in a timely and consistent manner and deliver results so as to exceed one’s own standards.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in using computers
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data feeds and flows for the process and produces, reviews, and records quarterly results
• Analytical thinking and independent decision-making skills
