Realty Technician / Real Estate Records Management

Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Realty Technician and support the Real Property Operations organization in Real Estate Records Management for a regional enterprise level environment. This individual will be responsible for supporting the management of Real Property records including receipt, transfer, retrieval, inventory, review and disposition of records, serve as an expert technical resource for Land Acquisition and Land Management Real Property records processes and as point of contact (POC) for information, questions, or problems associated with records and data interpretation, workflow, procedures, etc., and review and validate land transactions within Real Property Services to record the integrity and accuracy of realty, technical, and accounting processes.

• This is a 2 years plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position has flexibility of onsite 4-5 days weekly in Portland, Oregon. * * * *The hourly pay rate range for this position (which includes a health and welfare fringe benefit of \$4.41) is \$28.42 - \$32.41 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package. *

The Ideal Candidate Must Possess The Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Associate\'s Degree is preferred.
5 years of work-related skill, knowledge and experience is required. Experience must include work related to real estate principles, practices, precedent cases and comprehension of the technicalities of government real property procedures, rules and regulations. Course Work or experience related to real estate principles, practices, precedent cases and comprehension of the technicalities of government real property procedures, rules and regulations is required.
