Summary

This position is located in the Office of the Chief Data Officer (OCDO), within the Operations Division at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. The incumbent serves as the Director of Records, Information and Knowledge Management and oversees the Records and Information Management and Knowledge Management teams.

Responsibilities

As a Director of Records, Information and Knowledge Management you will:

  • Supervise assigned staff, and ensure work is accomplished in accordance with established and emerging policy and practice.
  • Report to and coordinate with the Bureau's Chief Data Officer (CDO) to establish the strategic direction of the Records, Information and Knowledge Management program and serve on the OCDO leadership team.
  • Lead the development and implementation of responsive programs that help to ensure compliance and consistency with required laws, rules, regulations, guidance and protocols, including NARA regulations and priorities.
