Transactional Real Estate And Litigation

This position is for an experienced litigation and transactional real estate and business attorney. The Firm: We are a small, extremely busy law firm located in Snohomish. Presently we have 7 attorneys and 8 staff. We are looking for an experienced litigation and transactional real estate and business attorney.

Our practice is primarily focused on real estate, business, construction and probate matters. Typical matters would be negotiation of purchase and sale agreements ( commercial and residential), leases, easements, boundary line issues, adverse possession, timber trespass etc. On the business side it would be entity selection, operating agreements, and business dissolutions. A basic knowledge of taxation is a must. The litigation would involve adverse possession, timber trespass, contract and construction disputes as well as TEDRA work if you are interested. You need to be able to function without constant supervision but the other attorneys are always more than happy to bounce ideas or give guidance . Details: Salary is base plus performance incentives. Paid vacation and sick leave naturally as well as 401k matching contributions and insurance allowances.
