Our Snohomish office is looking for a professional Real Estate Sales Professional to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. A Real Estate Sales Professional responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate.

Responsibilities

• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
• Advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques.
• Display and market real property to possible buyers.
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
• Assist sellers in how to best promote their properties to attract advantageous offers

Requirements

• Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively
• Trustworthy and results-driven
• Basic computer skills
• Licensed real estate agent or enrolled in real estate school. If you are not licensed check out our real estate school. Use WC30 for 30% off.
• Proven track record of sales
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Must be 18+
• Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation
