Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

We are looking for a Transaction Coordinator that will be part of our team!

$50,000 per year+ health benefits

• Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing
• Coordinate inspections regarding repairs, and coordinate completion of repairs
• Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes\
• Input/update all tracking platforms related to clients
• Ensure agreements are executed and communicated to all parties
• Regularly update & maintain communication with clients, agents, title officers, lenders, etc.
• Coordinate & connect clients, agents, and vendors for closing updates
• Submit all necessary documentation to the office broker for file compliance
• Coordinate moving/possession schedules

• Effective time management
• Must have prior real estate experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be on Oahu
• Assertive
• Detail oriented
• Active Hawaii Real Estate License
• Friendly
