The Lab Supervisor will oversee Quality Management, Health, Safety,

Maintaining and periodically reporting on employees' technical training status and progress (regulatory, developmental, qualification, etc.) to facility management;

Familiarity with a Learning Management System (LMS) a plus.

Observing and assisting other qualified persons conducting training and field qualification to ensure upholding of quality standards;

Supports the Safety Program Manager with on-site safety training when required.

Possess excellent communicative and interpersonal skills;

Demonstrated ability to effectively manage up and down the chain of command;

Supports and Assists Driver Qualifications Administrator with various administrative duties and responsibilities.

Assists with preparing new hire documents and ensures adequate supply of employment and/or benefits related forms.

Assists with posting job openings on various recruitment sites, screening resumes and applications to ensure basic job qualifications are met.

Completes all verbal and written employment verifications.

Assists with coordinating, preparing material and conducting new hire orientations.

Assists with special projects (Aloha United Way, Ohana Fest, community fund-raising events, etc.).

Minimum of four years' experience in program management, staff supervision, program development, and budget management as related to programs.

Leadership and Conflict Management skills essential.

Supervises and provides oversight for facility maintenance and leasing in collaboration with property management partners.

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Non-Profit Management, or related field required.

Manages and supervises all programs, services, and operations at U.S.VETS site.

Set annual goals and objectives for site and manage for accomplishing those in a manner to successfully serve the veterans.

Learn, understand and maintain knowledge of current laws, contract requirements and Safety and Health, Environmental and Quality.

Has a beginning understanding about the contract, bid assumptions (how the contract was bid), plans, specifications, DBE's, subcontracts and purchase orders.

Participates in planning and scheduling process and assists with establishing project schedule.

Coordinate and participate in team meetings, at which schedule key agenda times.

Utilizes and interprets the schedule to assist in determining extensions or acceleration due to impacts of weather, change orders, delays etc.

Is responsible for the surveying function of the projects, pre-job, post-job, survey logs, and GPS modeling.

Minimum of 5 years management/leadership experience in housekeeping (or related area) at a deluxe/premium resort

Management experience at a Vacation club ownership

Ensure all Housekeeping Management are exposed to contact refinement, training and development on an ongoing basis.

Support in monitoring cost management as it pertains to inventory, issue of supplies, labor and energy.

Proven ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities holding self and others accountable

Demonstrated strong verbal and written and communication skills, follow-through skills with high attention to detail

Minimum 5 years applicable experience/training/combination preferred

MSHA certified or previous miner certification preferred

Knowledge of basic electrical functions, plumbing, welding/ cutting, belts and bearings helpful.

Lubricates bearings, electrical motors, etc. in asphalt plants.

Completes daily inspection check list.

Assists Asphalt Plant Operator in daily inventory.

Participates in clinical team meetings, departmental planning and quality management activities.

Knowledge and experience in conducting assessments and diagnostic evaluations using the latest Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).

Experience in writing treatment plans.

Experience with documentation according to national accreditation guidelines.

Experience in providing behavioral health services in a primary care setting is highly desirable.

Experience in providing services to patients with addictions issues.

Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills

4 years minimum catering and convention services management experience

Strong knowledge of Disney offerings and the competitive marketplace

Strong knowledge of products and services associated with Group and Convention offerings dedicated to Business Class Audience

Excellent in maximizing productivity in facility and space management

Strong sales and negotiation skills

2-3 years banquet management experience or luxury restaurant experience required

College degree in hospitality management preferred but not required

Innovative style to drive creativity and innovation in guest experience.

Strong knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting

Strong systems knowledge using Salesforce, Micros, Hotsos, Avero, preferred but not required.
