Closing Coordinator Jobs

• This position would also provide support in the areas of accounting (balancing files, depositing funds, cutting checks for closing) and telephone coverage.
• Field customer inquiries and respond with the necessary information, in a timely manner.
• Technical data entry of specific order details/information into the CORE database.
• Order title work and review for title requirements.
• Retrieve files, file paperwork, prepare files for imaging and storage.
• Copy and fax documents and information, to assist the Closer.
• Draft appropriate documents for closing.
• Provide customer service and clerical support for the Closing Team.
• Submit requests for additional information regarding each transaction (HOA, payoffs, etc.)
• The Closing Coordinator assists the Closers in maintaining client relationships, generating new business, promoting the closing teams, and promoting Quality Choice Title’s products and services.

• Strong typing and computer skills (Microsoft Word and Outlook)
• Strong communication skills
• Must be well organized and detail oriented

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with a title insurance company, mortgage, or other real estate services company preferred.
