Position : Bartender

Location : Courtyard by Marriott, Nashua

Pay: Starting at $5.50 per hour, plus tips and monthly monetary performance bonus

Schedule : Part Time, Message us with your availability!

Position Details:

We are looking for a customer-focused, people person to provide first class customer service and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction during all meal periods, while displaying a professional, courteous attitude toward guests’ service request. The bartender is responsible for:

• Welcoming guests within one minute of their arrival and preparing their cocktail order as requested, while providing superior customer service and quality

• Handling cash and credit card transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Preparing beverages for restaurant servers immediately as they are processed on the printer
• Providing food service in bar and lounge area

Requirements:

• 1-2 years prior bartending experience
• Process all guest checks through an approved payment process (credit card, room charge or cash)
• TIPS training and Alcohol Awareness training will be required once hired
• Employee is required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, kneel and crouch, occasionally move or lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to speak fluent English and communicate with guests and fellow co-workers
