Job Summary:
Quality Review and Control (QRC); you will provide \"best in class\" reporting to JPMorgan Chase's internal and external clients and stakeholders. The reporting includes informative, accurate, reliable and timely financial information that can be used by management to make sound financial decisions. As a QRC team leader your goal is to continuously improve the reporting process through enhancements to the control environment and leveraging our knowledge of current reporting trends and best practices.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage JPMorgan's quarterly earnings per share calculation and related reporting
- Consult on various aspects of reporting
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Finance and other internal business partners
- Review CCAR/DFAST filings
- Review CEO annual shareholder letter and investor presentations
- Assist in the review of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, Proxy)
- Review various stand-alone financial statements including The Firm's bank, broker-dealers and retirement plans and other publicly issued reports
- Review Basel Pillar 3 reports
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Project management experience/skills helpful
- Strong technical accounting, SEC reporting and/or other financial reporting skills
- Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills
- A minimum of 12-15 years of experience
- Initiative to work independently yet keep all relevant parties apprised of developments
- B.S. in Accounting and Certified Public Accountant (CPA); or equivalent
- Ability to work on multiple priorities for different sponsors
