Under this initiative, the combination of technologies, applications and

services continues to be refined periodically through a continuous improvement process achieved by the

partnership with various DSS divisions, outside service organizations, and contractors. This partnership is

intended to ensure full alignment of a state-of-the-art information technology strategy with the business

goals of DSS and results in the information technology that fully supports and empowers staff, clients and

partners to maximize service delivery. It also involves implementation of information technology policies

and standards as well as executing all data security requirements, information technology planning and

acquisition activities and technology training within the Agency.

Tasks & Duties

• Identify user stories and translate them into Test cases as required
• Create Test cases vs. RTM Matrix against the user stories to support application development for

stakeholder review and approval.

• Conduct various types of testing such as Accessibility, Black-Box, End to End, Functional, Integration,
• Analyze and document current systems and processes as currently implemented.
• Make recommendations for improvements based on client feedback.

Smoke, Locale, Regression and User Acceptance testing.

• Work directly with business stakeholders, clients, designers, developers, and engineers to coordinate
• Provide Management Reporting and Information dissemination

the building of applications to spec and on time.

• Managing QA team activities – QA effort estimations, task allocations, creation of QA status JIRA

dashboards and reports, facilitating QA signoff on meeting the defined exit criteria.

• Coordinate defect triage calls with design and development team.
• Facilitating Postproduction verification for various releases.
