Your Responsibilities

As a Sr. Quality Engineer for Augusta Commercial Products located in Grovetown, Georgia you will:

• Drive sustainable business results for Customer Satisfaction.
• Engage and inspire a quality culture in the Compact Utility (CUT) factory.
• Be the subject matter expert (SME) in Quality, and help onboard, train, and develop professionals to feed the pipeline.

What Skills You Need

• 4 - 7 years of demonstrated team leadership and mentoring experience.
• Knowledge of drawing and schematic interpretation, product models, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
• Knowledge of products, customers, markets, and competitors.
• 4 - 7 years of experience in use of statistical tools and techniques for quality management.
• Knowledge of manufacturing execution and/or distribution processes, quality, tooling, tool design, total preventative maintenance, and facilities.
• Knowledge of standard quality tools such as FMEA (Failure Modes Effect Analysis), SPC (Statistical Process Control), Root Cause Analysis, Statistics.
• 4 - 7 years of experience with engineering tools, systems, and databases.
• Strong Data Analytics and Project Execution skills.
• Experience in one or more related engineering areas: industrial, production, methods, reliability, design, manufacturing, warehousing and distribution, quality.
• Knowledge of advanced quality tools such as Design of experiments and regression analysis.
• Knowledge of supply management systems, processes, and practices.

Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Business/Management, Engineering/Technology, similar discipline, or equivalent experience.
