About the Job
Impact, Inc. is seeking a full time Quality Control Technician who is responsible for the final inspection of our manufactured product. The appropriate candidate will have an eye for detail, possess the ability to take accurate measurements, communicate effectively, and have the willingness to help where needed throughout the facility.
Training will be fully provided by Impact, Inc.
85% - Inspect products for quality and confirm products are within tolerance prior to warehousing. Make appropriate adjustments if product falls out of specifications. Box and label product for stock. Convert products upon request.
15% - Miscellaneous warehouse and office duties may be assigned to assist others when necessary. Duties may include preparing orders for shipment, receiving and verifying inventory, warehouse organization, etc.
Job Duties
- Communicate with front office on pending orders.
- Visually inspect product for defects and overall quality.
- Engage in cross training and continuous improvement efforts.
- Reliable attendance is a must.
- Adjust components to meet specific requirements.
- Package final product.
- Collaborate with team members to investigate and resolve any component or finished good defects.
- Help in multiple areas to meet customer needs.
Requirements
- Attention to detail with an emphasis on quality and efficiency

- Ability to measure accurately

- Basic computer skills
- Manufacturing experience
