Seeking candidates who can work onsite at the Issaquah, Washington location for a dedicated account. Will be hybrid after training.

Position Summary:

Manages compliance and quality functions whose mission is to provide assistance to Field Operations and Account Management in order to exceed our client's claim handling expectations. Collaborates internally and externally to develop strategic plans for assigned client's customized requirements. Proactively identifies areas for development, conducts training and education and develops special projects to assist the Field with improved performance.
