POSITION TITLE: QC Field Inspector

POSITION PURPOSE:
To ensure that all production comes in according to our set standard from all GUESS approved contractors.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Check construction against sample and specification sheets. Make sure they use correct thread color, size and tension. If anything is different, bring samples to office for approval. Work with contractors to ensure there are no problems at the end. Check 1st and 2nd trims.
Work with production reports to ensure all cuts are covered. Do a 4.0 AQL audit. Do measurement 3 per size required. Check box count, box weight, barcodes, shipping label. Ensure that both internal and external information is similar. Barcode inspection. Double check all damages and seconds. Be open for travel outside of the USA as required.
Must turn in measurement sheet plus release form and coversheet. Must also bring in any problem reports made at contractor with detailed information about problem, in writing.
