We are currently seeking a QC Chemistry Associate I - 2nd Shift, an entry level position, individual contributor responsible for conducting routine analysis of raw materials, proteins, peptides and small molecules under general supervision for in-process, release and stability testing. May focus in a specialized area and provide routine analysis and testing according to standard operating procedures in any of the following areas: in process and finished formulations.

Responsibilities:

• Regular and reliable attendance on a full time basis [or in accordance with posted schedule].
• Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal and external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the company’s policies and practices.
• May participate in qualification/verification of assays
• Embodies Aji Bio-Pharma’s cultural values and aligns daily actions with department goals and company culture.
• Assay and documentation review and report writing
• Perform routine analysis and testing in a GMP environment
• Maintain personal training records. Attend all required training. May be responsible to provide training as applicable.

Requirements :

• High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in a Life Sciences discipline or equivalent preferred.

• Strong communication and teamwork
• Ability to perform testing in a highly accurate and reproducible manner
• Needs regular supervision to deliver goals and objectives
• Minimum of zero to two years of relevant work experience
• Familiarity with cGMP, manufacturing, instrument operations, troubleshooting and data entry
• Follow GMP guidelines and detailed direction in a laboratory environment

The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in California is $17.77 - $24.88.
