QA ALM Test Lead

Roles and Responsibilities

• Experience in UI , API and database testing across waterfall and agile projects
• Effective use of Test management tool for Testing Artifacts, Defect Management
• Strong experience in ALM Octane and ALM
• Ability to establish process and standards of ALM Octane within project and extend it to other projects within LOB
• Good to have automation experience using Selenium , BDD and Java based frameworks
• Experience in doing POCs and ability to do workshops on ALM Octane
• Strong experience in testing processes and standards

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $[XX, XXX.XX – XX, XXX.XX] depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
