About the Team

The exam development team is launching a transformation of our testing program within the Education Team. By collaborating with internal and external SMEs, we are crafting valid, defensible exams that will ensure our customers and consultants are ready to deploy, configure, and optimize Workday.

About the Role

In this role, you'll work with psychometric data gathered during standard-setting workshops to recommend a cut score for three new exams in our HCM Certification track.

About You

You should be a seasoned psychometrician with access to your own software to perform statistical analyses. Given SME ratings for item difficulty and importance, you should be able to work independently to produce a recommended cut score with minimal oversight from the Assessments team. Additionally, you should be prepared to explain your methods and provide a rationale for your recommendation that can be shared with the Education leadership team.

Requirements:

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience acting as a lead psychometrican on high-stakes exams, preferably for IT certification.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant working experience.
• Experience independently providing cut score recommendations based on SME rating data.

Other Qualifications

• Experience working in Questionmark or similar item-banking tool.
• Ability to work effectively with a remote team.
• Working proficiency in Google Docs and Sheets.
• Technical background or knowledge of Workday products.
• Familiarity with instructional design and psychometric principles.

Compensation:

• $38.79/hour - $51.72/hour (W2)
