Job Description

COMPANY


Our client is seeking a Lease Up Manager for a class A property in McHenry, IL. Our client is a well-established property management firm with a notable reputation based in the Midwest.


JOB SUMMARY


We are hiring for a motivated and passionate Property Manager to complete the lease up and continued operation and growth. The Property Manager will play a vital role in bringing company culture to life onsite while overseeing multiple levels of operations and leading an established team.


  • Deliver the highest level of resident satisfaction
  • Adhere to all compliance regulations and housing laws
  • Manage 250+ Class A units.
  • Coach, develop, and manage members of the property team
  • Day-to-day operations, financial management & reporting


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Experience in leading and managing a team
  • Organizational skills
  • 3+ years of property management experience
  • Experience using Onesite, Yardi, or other property management software
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills


COMPENSATION


  • Very competitive full benefits package
  • $90K-115k - Compensation may meet or exceed posted ranges
  • Compensation commensurate with experience
