Lease Administrator/Executive Assistant

Spectrum Real Estate is currently hiring a highly qualified Lease Administrator. We are a River North Real Estate company, in business since 1986, very active in the River North office marketplace.

This experienced Lease Administrator we are seeking, should have the ability to create and edit leases, abstracts, amendments, draft letters and other lease and administrative tasks as needed. This is a highly detail oriented position where attention to every part of a lease is important and critical. Additionally, the successful candidate will support the administrative needs generally of the real estate team in support of lease and tenant growth and requests.

We are looking for a candidate who has at least 5 years of experience, exceptional computer skills (especially Microsoft office), a strong work ethic, an intense attention to detail and follow-up skills, and a drive to do whatever it takes to get the job done in a small office environment and often times with tight deadlines and quick turnaround. This is a demanding, but exciting role and the opportunity to work in a very successful real estate and development company in a prime location in River North close to public transportation including CTA and Metra. Additionally, you are located very close to some amazing restaurants, parks and there is a Starbucks in the building where you can grab your morning or afternoon fuel!
