We are a local business looking to recruit a new team member for our Property Management Team.

We are looking for a professional Team Member to provide a high level of customer service to our clients and our community.

About the role

Our company is currently looking for a Team Member that is energized and motivated to fill the role of Property Manager.

Working as a full time Property Manager with your own portfolio of Landlord clients, you will oversee the day to day management of this portfolio. Assistant PM will be supporting the Property Manager, doing inspections, entries and dealing with trades and tenants. This is a great opportunity to work your way towards becoming a Property Manager running a full portfolio.

Our office provides exceptional support to our Staff to ensure we can deliver an outstanding client experience.

Skills and experience

To be successful you must have:

Must have some experience in a similar role

Hold a current Real Estate Licence

Be committed and have a strong work ethic

Confidence in dealing with people at all levels, having strong communication skills

Excellent computer skills

Must have current drivers licence
