Job Description

MUST HAVE:

5 years of experience in working as a Property Manager for close to 300 units.

Experience managing apartments, residential and multi family property.

The office is based at 1048 N Cicero, Chicago, IL (Austin Area) and that candidate will have to commute daily.


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years experience in property management, knowledge of section 8 is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understand and adhere to all local, state and federal housing guidelines
  • Must own a reliable, insured vehicle
  • Ability to build rapport with tenants
  • Must have a strong work ethic, good communication skills and be well organized
