Role Description

Dapper Residential is looking for a full-time Property Manager to join our team in the Boise Metropolitan Area. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property, including tenant relations, rent collection, maintenance, and other administrative tasks. The Property Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that the property is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of property management laws and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
• Previous experience in property management is required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
