Job Description
Terraces at DeKalb is seeking a Property Manager to support daily operations of a building complex. This person will be a vital part of the team looking to stabilize this distressed property and bring it back to its full potential. This position will support leasing, collections, maintenance, and reporting efforts. They will report to the Regional Manager, and in turn the Director of Investments.


Essential Job Duties


  • Enforce occupancy policies and procedures.
  • Prepare reports for ownership by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing property data
  • Manage collections for a subsection of the complex.
  • Distribute and negotiate lease renewals
  • Maintain property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies
  • Communicate with residents regarding property maintenance and repair


Qualifications


  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Proficient with Yardi Voyager and Rentcafe
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • 5+ Years property management of multi-family properties required, ideally some with distressed assets
  • Motivation for sales


Compensation


$50,000-$75,000+ depending on skill level & property management experience
