Project Policy Analyst 2 Jobs

The UCLA Prison Education Program (PEP) seeks a Project Analyst to help advance our mission of the program. The Project Analyst will provide general support to the Project Manager with the activities of the program which includes gathering and analyzing data about program goals, needs, and impact, creating and executing a communication plan, including supervising the creation and maintain a calendar of events, developing a publicity and public outreach plan, including maintenance of the website and list serve, organizing events such as meetings and conferences. In particular, the Project Analyst will provide assistance with research, administration, and community engagement.

Required/Preferred
B.A. degree in social sciences or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Thorough skills to conduct needs assessment and development of new presentations / courses to meet organizational needs.
Required
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite

Demonstrated problem-solving skills for the identification and resolution of problem areas and issues and the ability or resolve unique and unforeseen problems in a timely and often creative manner.
