We are a high-end custom home builder in Cape May County who has been in business for 40 years. We renovate and build homes in shore towns. We are a family-oriented small business with a great team.
We are looking for a Project Manager's Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support for our construction & renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities include scheduling subcontractors under the Project Manager's direction, organizing and tracking selections, placing and tracking deliveries, tracking project progress, and providing general support to the project team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain experience in a fast-paced environment. Construction knowledge and/or experience is preferred!
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain project documents.
- Provide administrative support to project team.
- Assist with meeting preparation.
- Assist with research.
- Deadline-oriented.
- Coordinate meetings and conference calls.
