Agile Project Manager Jobs

Tradeweb is seeking an Agile Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of finance-related projects using agile methodologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project workflows and effectively communicate project status and updates. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, to ensure timely project delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Facilitate meetings with team members and business partners to ensure alignment, address issues, and resolve conflicts
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Engage with key stakeholders to understand project requirements, priorities, and strategic objectives. Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and risks through presentations and reports using PowerPoint.
• Help document business requirements and process changes
• Utilize Jira and other relevant tools to manage project workflows, track tasks, and document project-related information. Ensure accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including user stories, sprint backlogs, and release plans.
• Lead end-to-end project management activities, ensuring adherence to agile principles and methodologies.
• Collaborate with finance team members and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address potential project risks and issues.
• Strong expertise in agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience leading agile projects from initiation to completion.
• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Project Manager or similar role, preferably in a finance or technology environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Proficiency in Jira and PowerPoint is essential. Demonstrated ability to effectively use Jira for project management, workflow tracking, and reporting. Skilled in creating visually compelling presentations using PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, computer science, or a related field.

• The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $90,000 to $200,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
