Job Description

Project Manager-Construction


This is an exciting opportunity in the ultra premium architectural products industry for a detail-oriented and creative individual with excellent communication skills and a degree in construction or architecture. The Project Manager has many years of experience in managing architectural products and working closely with architects, contractors and internal teams.


:

  • Manage top-level projects for luxury homes in prime locations throughout North America
  • Supervise the installation process and installation teams
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams
  • Coordinate installation teams
  • Identify any customer issues and provide a resolution in a quickly and timely manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our high profile customers
  • Act as a liaison between customers and Internal Teams
  • Maintain clear and accurate documents and procedures for reference purposes
  • Interact with top architects and general contractors
  • Work closely with the Project Managing Team to ensure the efficient execution of the installation schedule
  • Collaborate with production and manage manufacturing schedule per project


Essential Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently
  • 3-5 years of working directly with architects/general contractors
  • Understanding and reading of plans/shop drawings
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Smartsheet
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management
  • Broad experience in managing architectural products
  • Ability to handle high profile clients
  • Work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic work environment
  • 3+ years of field experience with high end residential/commercial construction
  • Highly organized and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Broad experience with window/door products
  • Degree or Diploma in construction or architecture
  • Knowledge of glass
