Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrates project leadership, promotes communication and deliverables between client, consultants and project team.
• Cultivates strong client relationships through marketing efforts, project execution and project leadership.
• Keep project in forward-motion with contribution to architectural design development, and drawings, in support of overall project goals
• Ownership of project contracts, budgets and schedule: outline scope of work, fees, costs negotiations and execution to ensure compliance with office standards.

Skills and Experience

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Excel, Deltek Vision
• Demonstrated resourcefulness and problem-solving capabilities Experience in project work plans, schedules, staffing, and budgets.
• 10 - 15 years of professional experience, with aviation experience preferred
• Required: Registered Architect with current license in any state, professional degree in Architecture
