• Liaise with other departments in the development of processes, procedures, and program proposals.
• Experience leading and supervising other professionals.
• Manage and deliver district-wide training for campus/central staff for system implementation, policy and procedure, and utilization of district Student Information System and related programs/applications.
• Analyze data for instances of state and local non-compliance. Assist with development and administration of any district corrective action plans.
• Three years of experience in department, systems, and/or data management.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, including keen attention to detail and the ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
• Assist with regression testing and evaluation of district software applications for student data management and registration/enrollment.
• Ability to manage system-wide initiatives and programs, including collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
• Conduct annual analysis of district student data requirements and Student Information System data to identify development opportunities and areas of improvement.
• Coordinate development of training materials and other communication for campus data staff.
• Ability to provide training to diverse audiences.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
• Strong writing and oral language skills.
• Keep abreast of technical, legislative, and professional developments, state and federal laws and procedures that impact maintenance of student data and district reporting.
• Coordinates with other departmental and campus organizations for the purpose of sharing program outcome information, eliminating redundancy, and maintaining district focus.
• Administers internal control, policies and procedures in accordance with federal, state, and district regulations.
• Performs all other tasks and duties as assigned according to federal guidelines.
