The Position:

Soleo Health Project Managers are responsible for planning and overseeing projects through the coordination of people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. Project Managers plan and designate project resources, prioritize projects at the time of initiation based on capacity, prepare project plans, charters, working agreements, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed. Project Managers are needed on a wide variety of projects, including Facilities, Business Development, and IT. The Project Manager works with staff across all enterprises and levels to deliver desired project outcomes. Responsibilities include:

• Keep project teams on time and motivated.
• Create, manage, or assemble project reports and documentation.
• Track and request deliverables.
• Provides Project Management leadership and expertise to the enterprise.
• Provide education and training to project teams on project methodologies.
• Provide readouts to PMO, Stakeholders, and Leadership.
• Conduct retrospectives for quality improvement.
• Identifies risks or problems and communicates/escalates appropriately.
• Manage project plans in Smartsheet.
• Promotes a culture of continuous improvement.
• Maintain consistency, transparency, and overall project quality.
• Promotes the goals of the enterprise and PMO.
• Schedule project meetings and keep project team organized.
• Manages project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closing of all projects.
• Work with Stakeholders to develop project plan, charter, resource allocations, and agreements.
• Initiate escalation process for high priority projects to any that deviate outside of the project plan.

Requirements

• Experience presenting and reporting on project plans to appropriate stakeholders, executives, and senior management.
• Demonstrated competencies in the use of information support systems (e.g. Smartsheet, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio)
• Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at various levels of the organization, such as peers, internal/external stakeholders, business partners, senior level managers.
• At least 1 Project management certification (PMP, SAFe, etc.)
• Preferred: Master’s Degree or MBA
• Preferred: Experience working in Pharmacy or related Healthcare
• Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years’ experience working as a Project Manager.
