Job Description
  • Award-winning general contractor ranked top 5 in their industry in Houston|Houston based projects only of over $500 Million in backlog for 2023
About Our Client
  • Project values ranging from $5M - $140M
  • Working for a reputable Design Building Contractor
  • Strong Commercial project pipeline with a focus on mixed commercial projects such as: Correctional Facilities, Healthcare, K-12, Industrial, and other mixed commercial projects throughout the Greater Houston area

  • Material procurement and ordering
  • Oversee Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases
  • Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project
  • Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
  • Establish and maintain an effective and professional on site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.

The Successful Applicant
  • Strong mathematical and computer aptitude is also necessary.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 2+ years of experience in mixed commerical construction required
