BACKGROUND CHECK SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

  • You will work in a highly visible and collaborative environment across our other customer facing teams, such as Customer Success, Implementation, and Support teams.
  • You will be the first hire to join forces and report to our Vice President of Screening Services to deliver excellent service to our high value ClearCompany Screening Services customers.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Background Check Administrator, you will be responsible for an assigned group of clients for whom you will serve as the primary technical contact. You will be a technical resource for your clients as they use ClearCompany Screening Services to achieve their missions. This role requires someone who is an expert in the screening product, able to perform advanced troubleshooting, and able to form a partnership with our clients. You will also work with the client’s Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, and Implementation Manager to ensure the client is getting a superior experience with our product and services.


Day to Day tasks

  • Address questions surrounding services we offer
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and departments
  • Set up and configuration of new client accounts
  • Administer and monitor the applicant queue, ensuring timely processing of orders
  • Schedule health screens and follow up
  • Serve as a point of escalation for our Support team
  • Collaborate with our 3rd Party service providers to address client issues and concerns
  • Adhere to allot Follow correct legal policies and procedures, including but not limited to disputes administration


During the first 30 days you will:

  • Collaborate with other teams to understand needs of clients that are assigned to you
  • Familiarize yourself with existing processes and tools
  • Setup new accounts and monitor the applicant screening queue
  • Learn the product and how our clients use it


At 60 days you will:

  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Implementation Managers to plan around client retention and initiative strategies
  • Be fully ramped as a Background Check Administrator
  • Suggest improvements to our existing processes


WHAT WE’D LIKE YOU TO HAVE

  • Experience with SaaS or Web Applications
  • Customer support experience as an individual contributor
  • Ability to detect discrepancies, investigate issues, and make necessary corrections
  • A strong sense of accountability and ownership that allows you to operate honestly and tactfully with customers
  • Highly organized, can manage multiple competing priorities
  • Comfortable with Excel and Google Suite
  • Familiarity with customer support tools such as Salesforce and Zendesk
  • Strong attention to detail


The base compensation for this position is $55,000 to $65,000 annualized depending on experience and qualifications.
