Job Description

Job Title: Project Coordination resource II

Duration: 9+ Months

Location: Northbrook, IL 60062 (Open to Remote candidates as well)

If local - need to go onsite 1-2 days a month

Pay starts from $60/hr on W2


Details:

This individual will collaborate with a broad set of cross-functional areas, specifically Corporate Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Sales, and the other team members of the Speaker Operations department. See the main responsibilities below:


Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Experience with managing several projects at once with different timelines.
  • Experience with writing communications, routing through approval process, and tracking of those communications to ensure correct/current versions are used.
  • Ability to work with different teams and vendors on projects to help drive processes and timelines.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to conduct User Acceptance Testing of platforms and identify system bugs and report them
  • Lead assigned projects, create timelines, and provide regular status updates
  • Assist with preparing presentations for the speaker program team to various internal partners.
  • Assist with creation of required trainings and execution of those trainings as needed.
  • Partner with Corporate Compliance and Speaker Program Operations to assist with monitoring and transparency initiatives as it relates to speaker program management,
  • Support assigned brand teams and their Speaker Bureaus to ensure appropriate HCPs are contracted and trained in order to conduct speaker programs.
  • Assist team in speaker bureau contracting process for approximately 6 speaker bureaus across the company.
  • Manage field inquiries, general email inbox and voicemail, and work closely with compliance, legal and SPO team to ensure proper direction.
  • In alignment with Corporate Compliance, administer speaker program process(es) and system training to sales, marketing, health systems and external vendors.
  • Implement other support functions and projects as assigned by Director, Promotional Events.
