Project Coordination Manager Jobs

• This person will provide support to Speaker Program Operations team leads, be responsible for the daily management of team inbox to triage and respond to emails or calls from the field or vendor partners regarding speaker programs, monitoring of speaker program data reports, management and creation of other reports as needed (strong Excel skills a plus), assistance with PowerPoint decks, assist with management of team SharePoint site and subsites, working through Veeva system errors and partnering with IT to get them resolved, providing vendor partners with data or info as requested, help manage communications from MAP/MRL review through sample approval, provide support on various tasks/projects, may assist with budgets, as well as manage and execute other projects, etc.
• Looking for an individual with project coordination/management experience that has a positive demeanor and works well with others.
