Project Assistant - Access Anvil Corp.

Access Anvil Corp. (Access Anvil), located in Greenwich, NY, offers perimeter security installation services to the commercial, industrial, governmental, federal, municipal and private sectors. We are currently looking for a Project Assistant who is a team player with strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment. Responsibilities For Our Project Assistant

• Create and submit requisitions for materials needed on upcoming projects.
• Track and report all required safety and training information.
• Assemble job packets for our installation teams.
• Support the inventory process by issuing material to specific work orders and entering cycle count information into our ERP system.

Qualifications For Our Project Assistant

• The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and to approach work with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
