We are searching for a highly-skilled, motivated Project Administrator to contribute to PETRA’s growth and assist in maintaining our position as an innovative authority in the construction industry.


The ideal TEAM member will have experience in the administration of commercial construction documents. Working with the Project Team, this position is responsible to provide complete, accurate documentation and cataloguing project information to ensure all needs are met for both internal and external customers.


Responsibilities

  • Create plans, specifications and amendments listing for subcontract agreements
  • Review and understand prime contracts from our clients
  • Project Close-out
  • Manage and organize project documentation
  • Subcontractor compliance


Qualifications

  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • MS Suite, Procore, MS Project, BlueBeam experience preferred
