Position Description


Job Summary


  • Project Manage Talent Lifecyle – Building and implementing project plans. Establish and manage project deadlines and deliverables for talent management initiatives, including required reporting to senior leadership and the Board, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and quality assurance of all deliverables. Assess program, business and technology requirements including the design of agile talent solutions.
  • Reporting Design Lead - Partner with talent leadership on talent management reporting needs across the organization and manage teams to ensure they are properly built, tested, launched.
  • Build Talent Toolkit - Support the end-to-end design, implementation and management of core talent programs: performance management, succession planning and talent management strategy, promotions, talent assessment; preparing tools for talent reviews, assist with talent identification and development planning, monitoring progress.
  • Partner with L&D - drive & own program management ie training content, communication, and identification of talent for development programs.


Major Responsibilities


  • Key talent management measurements defined & understood by stakeholders.
  • Project timelines met.
  • Supporting toolkits communicated & trained to People Managers regarding lifecycle events.


Position Requirements


Knowledge/Skills


  • Reporting & Analytics insights interest & knowledge around defining end goal needs & measurements. Demonstrated experience using data and metrics to drive design and continuous improvement.
  • Employee experience mindset + empathy around people manager/employee personas.
  • Experience designing and delivering programs in two or more of the following talent management disciplines: performance management, succession, promotions, career development, retention.
  • Talent Management & Workday experience with design & UI.
  • Strong talent program management background, with demonstrated experience leading medium to large People projects.
  • Training documentation expertise.
  • Ability to design and implement high-level strategic initiatives, but also dig into details and tactics to get the job done.
The starting rate is $80,000-$82,000. The final candidate's relevant experience/skills will be considered before an offer is extended. Actual starting pay will vary based on non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
