Overview


We are looking for a Program Manager who will significantly contribute tolead the success of the Mailchimp Partner Program through acquisition and growth strategies. This person will develop a deep understanding of our agency, freelancer, and technology partners and identify opportunities to serve them better.


What You'll Bring


  • Bonus points for working with internal education and sales teams
  • You are skilled at project management and have a passion for executing, establishing priorities, and meeting swift deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in partnerships or loyalty programs
  • Requires occasional travel (~10%) for in-person meetings or events.
  • Bonus points for analytics experience
  • You have prior experience working with digital agencies or freelancers and understand their unique challenges
  • You’re a self-starter and can work autonomously with minimal instruction or supervision, but are also a strong team player who loves bringing together diverse perspectives from across the organization
  • You have experience leading programs, yet are comfortable operating within a lean environment where cross-team collaboration is essential to success
  • You possess business maturity and the ability to recognize, address and resolve hurdles with the appropriate sense of urgency
  • Bonus points for Mailchimp product experience; willingness to learn necessary
  • You have a successful track record of designing go-to-market strategies that are both creative and extremely successful in driving adoption
  • You are an experienced marketer that understands how to use the full marketing toolkit, yet has a high degree of comfort with digital marketing tactics and tools


How You Will Lead


  • Define compelling positioning and messaging to acquire and retain partners in the program
  • Develop and maintain the communications calendar promoting Mailchimp & Co, including across campaigns, content, social media, events, public relations, the website and more
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of your plans and their influence on driving partner adoption
  • Lead agency/internal briefing and creative development of marketing campaigns with a strong focus on end-to-end partner experience.
  • Develop, execute, and evaluate Mailchimp & Co marketing programs (in partnership with cross-functional teams) to generate awareness, drive lead generation, increase member engagement, and enable growth through a variety of channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal and external collaborators to optimize the partner experience and shape the future of the partner program
  • Assist with the creation of go-to-market strategies targeted at prospective and current partners, from ideation to reporting and optimization
