Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to join our team and work with the Compass program, facilitating research with enterprise, small business, and consumer customers. In this role, you will collaborate with Compass UX researchers and customers to ensure the success of research projects and events. Your responsibilities will include scheduling research interviews and events, communicating important information to Compass customers, and assisting with program logistics.


The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of research project processes.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with back-office program logistics, including customer onboarding to the Compass program.
  • Collaborate with Compass UX researchers and customers for successful research projects and events.
  • Schedule research interviews and events based on customer and researcher availability.
  • Communicate essential information to Compass customers regarding their participation in research projects/events.


Skills:

  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Basic knowledge of research project processes.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • UX research knowledge or experience is a plus.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project management or a related role.


Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in project management, either in an academic or workplace setting (minimum 2-3+ years of experience).
  • 0-4 years of experience in project management, with a focus on attention to detail, tracking and status follow-up, administrative tasks, and customer service.
  • Strong written communication skills for effective correspondence with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel for quantitative and qualitative information tracking (minimum 2+ years of experience).
