Program Manager, Production Operations

We are seeking a Program Manager for the Production Operations team to help create and support the development of team systems and strategies. This position will report to the Director of Production Operations in Los Angeles and work in conjunction with the Production Operations teams, including Studio Logistics, Studio Transportation and Physical Assets and Archives.

This is a demanding and fast moving position that requires a proactive and positive thinker who is able to exercise good judgment and take initiative. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator (oral and written) who can explain data-centric concepts clearly and concisely, and work comfortably with cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for the development of team systems for scalability and efficiency as well as be the centralized point of communication to streamline the flow of information between Production Operations, Production Planning, Physical Production, other cross-functional partners, and external points of contact.
Some Key Responsibilities

• Work with cross-regional legal and finance partners to align on contract/document requirements for vendor engagement, asset sales/loans, etc.
• Create and maintain strategies and systems for document tracking to ensure periodic review and updates
• Liaise with cross-functional partners to incorporate Production Operations language and workflows into their Production Manual articles and additional internal workflows (e.g. Production Center, File Delivery)
• Create/develop memos, slide decks, presentations to communicate team strategy, status, milestones, and initiatives
• Contribute to the creation, development and implementation of systems for Sustainability, I&D, etc. at the production level as well as provide insight and expertise to the existing systems to optimize for efficiency and scale
• Work with the Production Operations teams to create and evolve internal workflows to ensure alignment and efficiency

Qualifications

• Proficiency with presentation software such as Google Slides, LucidChart, etc.
• Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly
• Physical production experience in either a studio or freelance capacity preferred
• Ability to respond after hours for important, timely or urgent matters
• Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask
• Ability to handle a fast paced environment simultaneously supporting multiple functions
• Team-player who operates in a fast paced, team-oriented setting
• Strong technology skills
