Job Description
We Are Hiring:
  • Schedule: 8-hour day shift, Monday-Friday
  • Department: Support Team
  • Location: Remote – Being located in Austin, Chicago, St. Louis, or other Ascension locations is preferred

What You Will Do:
As Manager, Transformation Communications, you will manage internal communications programs to support Ascension’s business processes transformation, including implementation of enterprise resource planning technology.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead stewardship of the Ascension brand within the organization and with external partners.
  • Measure effectiveness and adjust plans accordingly to support desired outcomes.
  • Serve as communications lead for internal teams transforming Ascension’s finance, supply chain, human resources, payroll and workforce management processes.
  • Develop creative, strategic content that supports proactive storytelling.
  • Advise and support leaders in proactively engaging associates in the strategy, technology adoption and culture change.
  • Proactively identify trends, risks, challenges and solutions to process adoption, and lead and drive action plan.
  • Employ creative approaches to engage stakeholder audiences, including change and relationship management.
  • Work with Communications team colleagues to implement communications plans and identify influential channels.
  • Work with business transformation partner to develop strategic communications plans, messaging, tactics and materials for internal associate audiences.
What You Will Need:
Education:
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences:
  • Journalism or communications degree program preferred
  • Experience with implementing enterprise resource planning systems preferred
