The Program Manager role offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and strategic project-management professional. In this pivotal position, you will actively orchestrate and synchronize multiple streams of work, seamlessly coordinating timelines across diverse projects, products, and strategic initiatives throughout the organization. Your adeptness at maintaining a steady course and proactively addressing potential risks through robust stakeholder engagement will be instrumental in ensuring the success of vital components such as resources, budget allocation, and milestones.
What You’ll Be Working On
What you'll be doing:

• Escalate when one project or the other needs help to stay on track
• Plan the overall program and monitor the progress to ensure milestones are being met across various projects and programs.
• Manage stakeholders’ communication and make sure they are informed
• Manage the main program documents
• Responsible for daily management through the lifecycle of the program
• Manage and utilize resources across projects
• Define the program controls, processes, procedures and reporting in order to manage the program
• Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies between projects and products
• Manage risks and issues and take corrective measurements
• Align deliverables across the projects and product to the program’s outcome
