Ensures all data entry is timely and accurate.

Supports DTC Manager in coaching tasting room staff on club process, recruitment, retention, and online initiatives.

Proficient Computer skills – Google Drive, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and systems such as Wine Direct, Ship Compliant, etc.

Base level of wine knowledge and a genuine passion for sharing the lifestyle with current and potential club members.

Minimum three (3) years of experience in a development, problem management, or site reliability role

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, comfortable communicating with technical and non-technical colleagues and executives

Working with the Resiliency Auditors to track any identified resiliency or reliability risks

Assess potential business impact (revenue loss, customer impact, etc…) of all problems are provide recommendation to business on urgency for remediation

Consult with delivery teams to regularly review open risks and be an advocate for including risk remediation in the development roadmap

3+ years of consulting or project management experience

Building relationships with cross functional teams (marketing, regulatory, engineering, etc.) to identify requirements and manage expectations

Experience building long-term and successful customer relationships demonstrating empathy, active listening, and resiliency skills

Delivering impeccable customer service, including efficient acknowledgement and resolution of issues

Bachelor's degree in engineering or business; OR high school diploma/equivalency and 6+ years of professional work experience

Experience with hardware, communications, or LTE/networking technologies

BA/BS degree in business administration, operations management, software development, or a related field.

10 plus years of progressive managerial/leadership experience in program or operational roles in both start up and enterprise environments

Your Core Experience & Education:

Manage the consumer product roadmap and delivery to ensure flawless and on time execution of new products, features, and releases

Partner with Finance to define budgets and track spending

Partner with product, design, and engineering to ensure most valuable features are delivered

·Recommend product strategies, including exclusive business opportunities to grow online product offering.

·10+ years of experience in similar role (Preferably in the organic, nontoxic, sustainable product field)

·Experience using Shopify or similar eCommerce platform

·Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

·Analyze and observe pricing, messaging, functionality, and presentation on competing retail/brand sites.

·Work with online marketing team to build targeted landing pages for paid and organic web traffic.

Consolidated management reporting and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and make high-level recommendations to senior leadership

Minimum 8 years of progressive Finance experience

Minimum 5 years experience in a role with demonstrated leadership (led/participated in major projects/teams, provided guidance to other staff)

Financial analysis, forecasting and budgeting experience required

BA/BS degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economics

Proven ability to utilize design thinking and facilitation skills to gather insights and inputs from internal stakeholders

Optimize inventory across channels to maximize style/color ST by utilizing EOM and Bulk Management

Removing metal, trash, rebar, organic material and other non-standard materials from feedstock as it is screened before entering the crusher.

Make simple repairs such as replacing bolts in clamp rails, replacing cracked or otherwise damaged screens.

Immediately informs Plant Operator of maintenance problems/issues with equipment. Assist with equipment repairs as needed.
