Job Description

Key notes:

  • Must have client-facing / relationship management experience
  • 100% Remote
  • Long-term contract
  • Program Manager role within the Alternative Investments area of a Fortune 500 banking client.
  • Must have financial services background

Operations Facing Work:

  • Ensure that all Risk Assessments are complete prior to clients moving off FiRRe
  • Working in partnership with the Process Change POD lead ensure that all Alts Ops users are set up with appropriate access and have received training on the new processes and new tools
  • Working in partnership with the Data Governance POD lead
  • Work with Alts Tech to define the requirements to automate the client conversions, where possible
  • Clean up and validation client data (existing clients) for upload into UCM (format to be defined by the Data Governance POD)
  • Working in partnership with Product, define the roll out strategy for all Alts clients

Client Facing Work:

  • Coordinate the client communications with the SDMs and RMs
  • Set up a post conversion helpdesk to assist with client queries (actual resource of that helpdesk has to be determined)
