• Developing and managing the program budget.
• Designing and delivering training materials and activities.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of the program and making necessary adjustments.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with external partners and vendors.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Managing and supervising program staff.
