Essential Responsibilities of an accomplished Program Coordinator include but are not limited to:
- Monitor task and/or project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Facilitate and encourage team member collaboration to ensure projects and/or tasks are completed successfully.
- Evaluate and analyze current processes and make recommendations for process improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators and report to stakeholders.
- Partner with leadership to delegate work to team members based on their skills, expertise and bandwidth.
- Serve as liaison between the consulting and sales teams concerning requests, standards, expectations, and other task and project matters.
- Ensure standards and requirements are met by conducting quality assurance checks.
- Monitor escalations and mitigate risk for team members’ projects and tasks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop action plans regarding team performance, project and/or task goals. Assist with implementation and monitor/report on progress.
Key Attributes and Experience You’ll Bring to the Table:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, often stressful environment.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
- Ability to skillfully prepare and interpret flowcharts, reports, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
- Talent for cultivating genuine connections and building trust with clients and team members through candor and transparency.
- 1-2 years of experience in a Program Coordinator or Project Coordinator role or equivalent administrative experience.
- Experience in a client-facing role is highly desired, but not required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance/quality control methodologies.
