We are seeking an Program Manager to support an Integrated Multi-Domain Enterprise (IMDE) Program. The main objective of the program is to automate the implementation of data policies, standards, and information sharing rules, while providing data owners with enhanced capabilities to federate their operational data with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining complete control over how and under what conditions their data is shared.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Manage projects using DHS Maestro Tools (Jira, Confluence, Big Picture etc.)
• Work in collaborative environment with various project teams.
• Prepares and participates in client presentations.
• Manage ad-hoc projects.
• Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Provides advice, assistance, and written recommendations to the client.
• Experienced with Agile software development methodologies.
• Supervise and direct IT personnel.
• Supports acquisition activities as needed to include rough order of magnitude, costing, and other funding requirements.
