Program Analyst (Healthcare Environmental)

Pivot Path Solutions is currently seeking two skilled Program Analysts with Healthcare Environmental Cleaning background to support a federal agency customer located in San Antonio, Texas. The environment is dynamic, and the client needs are often evolving. Flexibility and forward-thinking views are important for success.

Key Responsibilities:

The candidate will assist in the development of overall plans, programs, procedures, and policies for the management of the government agency program. The candidate will coordinate the application and implementation of new guidance and assure general consistency in interpretation and other duties as assigned.

• Monitor updates of facility data in Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS) for use in customer contract requirements.
• Maintenance of customer’s SharePoint site containing industry standards and relevant references.
• Ensure data entry into the Healthcare Environmental Cleaning surveillance tool, tracking trends of non-compliance for reporting.
• Ensuring that cleaning supplies and equipment are approved prior to use and in required quantities and in good condition (i.e., preventing stock-outs).
• Monitor and track best Practices for Environmental Cleaning in Healthcare Facilities in Resource-Limited Settings.
• Ensuring that routine monitoring of agency quality assurance is implemented, and results are used for program improvement.
• Leadership validation of cleaning program policy. Engage leadership on the development and validation of the facility cleaning policy and service level agreement both of which outline the key technical and programmatic elements of the program.
• Communicating with the groups on any of the program elements (if applicable).
• Research, development, and maintenance of customer location and POC listing for Enterprise requirement.
• Addressing staff concerns and patient questions about the cleaning program.
• Ensuring that structured training activities are carried out for all new staff and on a recurring basis.

Minimum Qualifications

• Knowledge of pertinent laws, regulations, policies, and precedents which affect HEC management and related resources, is required.
• Experience in Microsoft Office 365 programs, SharePoint etc.
• Skill in interpersonal, oral, and written communications to present facts, recommendations, and instructions to all levels of the staff relative to the HEC management program to clearly articulate requirements, issues, and priorities so leadership can make informed decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with Healthcare Environmental Cleaning management, directives, regulations, and guidelines.
• Skill in developing and delivering presentations and briefings, and in building consensus with high level officials and representatives.
